Emotional Resilience with Rabbi Lisa Goldstein 
Space is Limited. Jewish tradition and contemporary psychologists agree that emotions are messengers, sent to us to communicate important things.  But what do we do with those messages? What if our emotions are really unpleasant or drag us down?  How do we cultivate more “positive” emotions? In this workshop we will explore what Judaism has to teach about six emotions: joy, fear, anger, sadness, desire and love.  We will take a look at stories about these emotions, what the message of each emotion might be and how we might best work with them in our own lives towards our own well-being and the well-being of those around us.
